Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lararouter websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Twenty Miles West, LLC ("Lararouter," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including usage attributed to end-users or billable entities you configure in the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Services

Lararouter provides OpenAI-compatible model routing, audit logging, observability, request tagging, per-user usage and limits, conversation history, and related APIs. Features, regions, retention periods, and plan entitlements may differ between Pay-as-you-go and Enterprise, as described on our Pricing page or in an applicable order form.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services with reasonable notice when practical. We may also enforce fair-use, security, or abuse controls, including rejecting requests that exceed configured usage limits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services
• Resell or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted in writing
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through model invocations

Fees and Billing

Plan fees and model usage are billed according to the published rates, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pay-as-you-go is $15 per month plus usage. Enterprise is $250 per month plus usage. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of access.

Customer Content and Model Providers

You retain rights to prompts, completions, and other content you submit or receive through the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services. Model responses may be generated by third-party model providers. You are responsible for evaluating whether Customer Content and model outputs are appropriate for your use case.

Confidentiality and Security

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care. Our security practices are summarized on our Security page. You are responsible for configuring authentication, tags, limits, and access controls appropriately for your environment.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Model outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should not rely on them as sole advice for critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or create a security or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
