Product Security Controls

• OpenAI-compatible API access — authenticate with API keys and restrict usage to the accounts and environments you control.
• Audit logging — every line of every job can be recorded with who asked, which model answered, what came back, and what it cost.
• Conversation history — retain full threads for 90 days on Pay-as-you-go or 13 months on Enterprise.
• Per-user limits — cap spend or usage so a single end-user cannot exhaust your budget.
• Request tagging & attribution — label traffic by tenant, feature, or billable entity for investigation and cost control.
• Enterprise controls — SSO, a 4-hour completion window, and a 99.9% uptime SLA are available on Enterprise.

Infrastructure and Operations

The Services run in multiple regions (United States, European Union, and India) so you can choose where your data is stored and processed. Each region is independent: keys, batches, files, usage, and audit records never leave the region that recorded them. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect systems from unauthorized access, including encrypted transport, access controls for production systems, and monitoring for availability and abuse signals.

Data Handling

Customer prompts, completions, and related metadata are processed to route requests, bill usage, enforce limits, and provide audit and history features you enable. We do not sell personal information. Third-party model providers may process Customer Content as needed to generate model responses. Retention follows your plan unless legal obligations require otherwise.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Lararouter, please report it responsibly. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable window to investigate before any public disclosure.
